People Operations Specialist
Code is a leading e-commerce agency with a focus on Shopify. Our team designs, develops, and optimizes the most high-end stores for brands like Intersport, BOSKA, Mercer Amsterdam and Alpinestars. We not only help brands launch high-performing Shopify webshops, but also turn our work into impressive conversion rates. We achieve this by utilizing growth tactics and tools like Klaviyo.
We are a team of 60 developers, project and customer success managers, marketers and strategists with a shared passion: e-commerce. We are remote-friendly and spread out across our three offices in Delft, Amsterdam and Berlin. With 16 different nationalities and over 40% women, we are a diverse team. We love our warm-hearted culture and daily lunches; being social is deeply rooted in our work culture. We have created a great place to work for our Coders and we constantly strive for a healthy work-life balance.
As of June 2025, Code is part of Domaine Worldwide: the world’s largest Shopify-dedicated agency. Together, we form a global team of 300+ experts working for ambitious, often international brands with complex e-commerce needs. From now on, we’ll position ourselves as Code, part of Domaine – and this role will be right at the center of that transition.
