What does 5 stars in Emerce100 mean?

The Emerce100 is an independent reputation study conducted by Motivaction. Each year, decision-makers in the digital space evaluate agencies and tech vendors on key criteria such as expertise, value for money, reliability, and flexibility.

In the 2025 edition, Code received a 5-star rating in the e-commerce agency category. Our partner Shopify also scored 5 stars in the ‘E-commerce software commercial’ category – a strong endorsement of the platform we’ve been exclusively working with for years.

With the number of e-commerce agencies growing from 21 to 28 this year, we’re proud to be included again. Other agencies that have earned a place in the rankings for best e-commerce agencies include Dept, XSARUS, Strix en Yellowgrape.
